The customer is one of the largest IT services providers in the Baltic region. Among the clients of this company are leading enterprises and public sector entities in the Nordic region.

Challenge

The customer engaged OCSICO’s team to develop an automation system for a new European telecom operator. Our specialists were challenged to create a smart integrated solution that would ensure effective performance and positive user experience.

Solution

OCSICO’s development team thoroughly gathered and analyzed the client’s requirements. The next step was to develop a core business logic of the automation system and integrate it with a number of external systems, i.e., billing system, number storage, etc. The solid solution built by our engineers was then passed to QA experts. The comprehensive testing was performed to ensure smooth system performance and great usability.
